Jammu: Pakistan resorted to small arms firing and mortar shelling on Sunday to focus on Indian positions on the road of management (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.
Colonel Devender Anand, defence ministry spokesman stated at about 7.30 a.m. right now Pakistan initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and shelling with mortars alongside the LoC in Shahpur, Kirni and Qasba sectors of Poonch district.
“Indian military is retaliating befittingly,” the spokesman stated.
