GUWAHATI: Havildar Haradhan Ray who made supreme sacrifice alongside the Line of Management (LoC) was laid to relaxation in his native village Medhipara Futkibari underneath Dhubri district on Monday. Ray’s final rites have been carried out with full army honours.
The funeral pyre was lit by the soldier’s spouse together with their one-and-a-half-year-old son within the presence of members of the family and lots of of individuals, together with villagers, Military, police and district officers on the financial institution of the river Gauranga.
The gang gathered for the cremation chanted, ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’, ‘Pakistan Murdabad’, ‘Lengthy reside Hardhan Ray’ and so forth.
