As many as 34 Indian nationals who’ve been serving jail time period in Myanmar in numerous instances was deported to India by Myanmar Authorities on Thursday.
The Indian nationals have been handed over to authorities in Manipur on the Moreh border city in Tengnoupal district of Manipur. Moreh is located on the Indo-Myanmar border 110 km from Imphal. Many of the deported people have been from Manipur, one every from Tripura, Mizoram and UP.
Yengkhom Rashni, deputy secretary Residence, Authorities of Manipur mentioned that the state Authorities is felicitating the handing and receiving of the deported people. All of the deportation was necessitated by way of diplomatic channel by the Ministry, she mentioned.
