A nationwide expertise and leisure items chain has pledged its dedication to the North East with a brand new decade-long lease.
Know-how and leisure items retailer CeX has dedicated to a 10-year time period at a premises in South Shields, in a deal negotiated by regional property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black.
The agency, which specialises within the shopping for and promoting of DVDs, video games and electronics, is ready to occupy 35-37 King Road, beforehand occupied by Carphone Warehouse and owned by Goldcrest Properties.
