Indian Township man’s bail to be decided by judge


BANGOR, Maine (WABI) -$50,000 bail is what the state is asking for an Indian Township man accused of crimes towards his girlfriend and faking an assault on himself.

However that call gained’t be made till Thursday.

34-year-old Dustin Francis didn’t make a courtroom look on Wednesday as a result of he’s again within the hospital as a result of his accidents.

He faces quite a few fees together with kidnapping and home violence aggravated assault.

Bangor police say they discovered Francis laying in a metropolis avenue in November.

He instructed officers he was attacked and stabbed by strangers.

On the similar time, his girlfriend known as 911, saying she escaped after he assaulted her and held her at gunpoint.

It was decided Francis suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Francis was taken into custody after his launch from the hospital.
