Mumbai Police on Thursday arrested former Chief Working Officer (COO) of the Broadcast Viewers Analysis Council (BARC) in reference to the alleged TRP (Tv Score Factors) rigging rip-off, an official mentioned.
Romil Ramgarhia, former COO of the BARC, was arrested within the afternoon by a staff of Mumbai crime department, which is probing the TRP case, he mentioned.
That is the 14th arrest within the case.
