The licence for these songs had been taken from the label involved.
Plaintiff has claimed its rights on the idea of Part 2q and Part 2qq of the Copyright Act, which defines the ‘efficiency’ and ‘performer’ as additionally sections 38A and 38B of the Copyright Act.
